How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each piece is lovingly packed and carefully inspected before it leaves the studio, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.
Once your order is ready, shipping typically takes 6–10 business days depending on your location.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, I offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. It’s my way of saying thank you for supporting my farewell collection and handmade craft.


Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from my studio to your table.


What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction means everything to me. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be unused and in the original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I’m proud to share my work with customers around the world.
International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location — feel free to reach out if you’d like more details before placing an order.


How should I care for my handmade ceramics?

Each plate, mug, and bowl is crafted with care and designed to last for years to come. Here are a few simple care tips:

  • Dishwasher safe – but handwashing is always gentler
  • Microwave safe – unless otherwise noted
  • Avoid thermal shock (don’t place cold ceramics directly into a hot oven)
  • Treat each piece with love — just like I did while making it

What payment methods do you accept?

You can securely pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.


Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or make a change, please contact me as soon as possible at support@marthas-plates.com.
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, I’ll do my best to make the change. Once it’s shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
