Your Satisfaction Is My Priority

At Martha’s Plates, I take great pride in the craftsmanship and care that goes into every single piece. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, I’m here to help make it right.


Returns

Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to initiate a return.
Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed, I won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order.

Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your ceramic item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging

Process:
To begin your return, please email me at support@marthas-plates.com
Include your order number and a brief note explaining why you’d like to return the item.
I’ll send you all the steps and the correct return address.
Please note: I do not offer free returns, and returns must be sent directly to my fulfillment partner in Asia.


Refunds

Inspection:
Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll send you a confirmation email with an update on the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing:
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank — processing time can vary.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you received a damaged item and would like a replacement, please email me at support@marthas-plates.com, and I’ll help you with the process.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you:
You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, I’ll send you a gift certificate via email.
